HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1
INQUIRY & ASSESSMENT
To start your project, a 15-minute consultative meeting is arranged either by telephone or via zoom to properly assess your needs and to determine your project objectives. After obtaining the appropriate information, an official proposal is prepared and submitted (via e-mail) for your approval. The proposal usually contains the details of the project, its cost, the terms of service and available payment options.
STEP 2
CONSENT & PLANNING
To indicate your agreement to the terms of the proposal, a signature is required, along with a 50% deposit to retain the services and mobilise production. Upon receipt of the deposit, a production plan comprised of a video outline and voice over script (where applicable) is drafted for your review and approval.
STEP 3
EXECUTION & DELIVERY
Once the video details are finalised, Elsye Media & Graphics executes its on-site and post production services in accordance with all guiding proposal and project planning terms. A draft of your video is submitted and two rounds of revisions are included to ensure we satisfy your expectations. After final approval is granted, your balance payment is executed and delivery of your video is performed.
